Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, presented Goar Barseghyan, Director of the EEC Integration Development Department, with the lapel badge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia "For Interaction".

The Head of the Russian foreign-policy establishment noted Goar Barseghyan's notable contribution to developing the Eurasian Economic Union and strengthening friendly relations between the Member States.

The badge "For Interaction" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation are awarded to Russian and foreign citizens for active joint work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on developing bilateral cooperation, as well as assistance in strengthening peace and friendly relations between States.
