The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved changes to the program for developing interstate standards that ensure the implementation and application of the Technical Regulation "On Safety of Perfumery and Cosmetic Products" (CU TR 009/2011).
The development of one new and revision of two existing interstate standards is envisaged. The draft decision also provides for the exclusion of 15 items for which interstate standards have already been developed.
The interstate standard
planned for development concerns the control of microbiological parameters in
perfume and cosmetic products. The standard for packaging of perfumes and
cosmetics will be revised, as well as the standard for board games designed for
developing the sense of smell and kits for making perfumes and cosmetic
products, in order to update it to reflect the revised version of the EN
standard.
