Valentina Yanutenok appointed Deputy Director of the EEC Integration Development Department

Elena Vladimirovna Danilova was born on May 25, 1963. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Candidate of Economic Sciences. She is fluent in English, French and Polish, and knows German and Spanish.

Since 1991, she has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and in the State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy of the Russian Federation. From 2002 to 2020, she worked in senior positions at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. She was responsible for trade policy issues, Russia's accession to the WTO, the development of strategic documents in the field of foreign economic activity, the development of the system of trade missions of the Russian Federation abroad, bilateral cooperation with foreign countries and the EU, interaction with international organizations, and the development of Eurasian integration.

Since January 2020, she joined the Eurasian Economic Commission. Prior to her appointment as Deputy Director of the Integration Development Department, she held the position of Adviser to the Minister on Integration and Macroeconomics.

He holds state and government awards from the Russian Federation and the French Republic.
