Grigor Oganyan appointed Director of EEC Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice

Grigor Surenovich Oganyan was born on September 6, 1974.

In 1996, he graduated from the Yerevan Institute of National Economy.

He started his employment in 1998 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. He worked as Business Manager at KPMG Armenia CJSC, Consultant at ACDI/VOCA, coordinating the activities of infrastructures under the Millennium Challenges Corporation program in Yerevan.

From 2013 he served as Assistant Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Head of International Cooperation Division of the Taxpayer Service and Taxation Department, Head of Tax and Customs Relations of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.

From 2017 he was Advisor to the Executive Director of the Development and Investment Corporation of Armenia, Office Chief of the Development and Investment Corporation of Armenia.

From 2020 he was Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

On February 10, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
