Varazdat Pahlavuni appointed Deputy Director of EEC Legal Department
Varazdat Pahlavuni was born in 1976 in Yerevan, Armenia. In 1998, he graduated from Yerevan State University (Master's degree in International Relations), in 2003 - postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (International Law).
From 1998 to 2000, he worked in the International Treaties Division of the Department of International Relations of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
From 2000 to 2001, he served as Legal Expert of the National TRACECA Secretariat of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Armenia.
From 2001 to 2022, he held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
In March 2024, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Legal Department.
