Daniyar Imanaliev

Biography

He was born on April 21, 1980 in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2003, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture, specialty "Enterprise Economy", Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

In 2012, he graduated from the Ritsumeikan University, specialty "Economic Development", Kyoto, Japan

In 2004, he served as 1st Grade Specialist at the State Innovation Technology Center under the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property (KyrgyzPatent).

In 2004-2006, he was Coordinator at the Youth Affairs Committee of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.

In 2006-2009, he was Chief Specialist at the Mid-term Forecasting Section of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2009, he headed the Sector for Fiscal Risk Management on PPP Projects of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2009-2010, he was an Expert at the Budget Service of the Central Agency for Development, Investment and Innovations.

In 2012-2014, he was an Expert at the Section for Regional Development, Transport, Construction and Communications of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2014-2015, he headed the Sector for Integration Processes and Macroeconomics, Section for Economy and Investment of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

From 2015 to 2018, he was Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2018, he headed the Section for Economy and Investment of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From 2018 to 2021, he headed the Section for Strategic Development, Economy and Finance of the Presidential Executive Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From February 2021 to October 2021, he was First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since November 10, 2021, he is Director of Customs Infrastructure Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
