Alexander Titov appointed Director of EEC Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice

Alexander Titov was born on November 12, 1965 in Ufa, the Russian Federation.

In 1987, he graduated from Ufa State Aviation Institute.

In 1989-1991, he served in the Army.

From 1992 to 2001, he worked at the Ufa Customs, rising from an inspector to deputy chief.

In 2001-2004 and 2011-2014, Alexander Titov served in the Representative Office of the Russian Customs Service in Ukraine.

From 2014 to 2024, he held various positions in the central office of the Federal Customs Service. His latest position was Deputy Head of the Main Directorate "Center for Monitoring and Operational Control of the FCS of Russia".

Alexander Titov has a number of departmental and state awards.

Since August 1, 2024 he was appointed Director of the Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
