The tenth session of Advisory Committee on Cooperation between Supervisory Authorities at the Customs Border of the Eurasian Economic Union

Page ContentOn August 22, Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Mukay Kadyrkulov, will chair the 10th session of the Advisory Committee on Cooperation between Supervisory Authorities at the Customs Border of the Eurasian Economic Union in Moscow. The session will be attended by representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, experts of the customs administration and other interested agencies as well as the business associations of the Member States of the EAEU. The members of the Advisory Committee will discuss the progress in developing methodologies (instructions) for officials of the customs authorities of the EAEU Member States which carry out transport (road) control at road (mixed) checkpoints at the customs border of the Union.  During the session, the focus will be on the further development of the draft recommendations of the Board of the EEC on the model scheme regarding the organisation of passes for the customs border of the EAEU for persons, vehicles, cargo, goods and animals at road (mixed) checkpoints of the Member States of the Union. The agenda of the working meeting also includes the issue of establishing an expert group on preliminary information in order to finalise (develop if necessary) decisions, dispositions and recommendations of the EEC Board related to preliminary information in accordance with article 11 of the EAEU CC.​
