Outcomes of EEC Council on May 19

At its meeting held at the headquarters of the Eurasian Economic Commission on May 19 under the chairmanship of Arzybek Kozhoshev, First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to simplify the procedure for documentary confirmation of the origin of goods imported from the countries which entered free trade agreements with the Eurasian Economic Union.

The EEC Council approved the form of the report on the composition of tobacco products sold in the EAEU countries during a calendar year and substances emitted by them.

The EEC Council introduced amendments to the Rules for Registration and Expertise of Security, Quality and Effectiveness of Medical Devices.

The EEC Council approved a new version of the Rules for Good Pharmacovigilance Practice of the EAEU.

The EEC Council decided to amend the Technical Regulation "On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles".

The EEC Council expanded the list of categories of goods that can be declared for goods release before filing a declaration for goods.

The next meeting of the EEC Council will be held in person in Nur-Sultan on June 10.
