Monitoring of Implementation and Performance of the Agreements
On 22.11.2012 the representatives of the Energy Department participated in the video conference held in order to harmonize the draft Agreement on Creation of the Information Exchange System and Preparation of Indicative Forecast Gas Balances of the Member States of the Single Economic Space.
On 14.11.2012 there was a meeting of D. Akhmetov, Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the heads of the Energy Departments, and A. Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, in order to discuss execution of the Agreements of the SES in the energy sector and development of the concept of the single energy and power market of the SES Member States.
On 09.11.2012 the video conference was held with representatives of the competent authorities of the Parties on performance of Agreements of the SES in the energy and infrastructure sector, chaired by D. Akhmetov, Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
On 25.09.2012 the Commission Board passed the Decision No. 170 “On Proposals for Preparation of the Indicative Forecast Gas Balance of the Member States of the Customs Union and Single Economic Space (Production, Consumption and Supply, Both Self-Dependent and Mutual, for Meeting the Internal Demands) for a Period of 5 Years, to be Clarified Annually”.
