The Advisory Committee on natural monopolies

The Advisory Committee on natural monopolies has been established to consult with the Member States representatives and elaborate proposals to the Board on the establishment of a legal framework for the formation and establishment of single principles and common rules of supervision over natural monopoly entities of the Member States, including the establishment of single approaches to the implementation of policies in the field of natural monopolies.
