Bakytzhan Sagintaev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, greeted President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Constitution Day.

"The Constitution of Russia is a solid foundation of statehood, underpinning the progressive and sustainable development of the country," said the Head of the EEC Board in the letter of greetings.

On behalf of the EEC and in his own capacity Bakytzhan Sagintaev wished the people of Russia prosperity and well-being.
