Lusine Tumyan has been appointed Deputy Director of the Business Development Department of the EEC

Lusine Vacheevna Tumyan graduated from Yerevan State University in 1995, and from the American University of Armenia in 1999. Candidate of Economic Sciences. He is fluent in English.


She started her career in 1989. She worked in a number of international organizations, in the banking sector, and was engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

Has extensive teaching experience. In 2011-2014 and 2018-2020, she taught at the European Regional Educational Academy of Yerevan. In 2019-2020, he worked at the Yerevan Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

From 2009 to 2015, she worked as the Director of the Export and Enterprise Development Department of the Armenian Development Agency.

From 2016 to 2018, she held various positions at the Ministry of International Economic Integration and Reforms of the Republic of Armenia, where, at the final stage, she worked as the Chief Adviser to the Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms, Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia.

In 2018-2021, she headed the Department of International Economic Integration of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

On February 12, 2021, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Business Development of the EEC.
