Ruben Hakobyan appointed Deputy Director of EEC Transport and Infrastructure Department
Ruben Hakobyan was born in 1976 in the village of Tsakkar, Martuni Region, the Republic of Armenia.
He graduated from Yerevan State University in 1997, Arkhangelsk Institute of Management in 2011 and Volgograd Technical University in the Russian Federation in 2017.
He began his career in 1997 in the field of public education. Then, from 2003 until December 2024, he worked mainly in Armenian and Russian business entities, holding senior management positions in the construction and transport sectors.
On December 10, 2024 he was appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Transport and Infrastructure Department.
