About Department

The Business Development Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission operates in the following areas:​ 

• entrepreneurship;
  
• trade in services, incorporation, activities and investments within the Union, except for trade in services covered by Sections XVI, XIX - XXI of the Treaty;
  
• regulatory impact assessment of draft decisions of the Commission which may influence business environment;
  
• intellectual property;
  
• other areas defined by international treaties and acts constituting the Union law.
