Impressions of seals of the authorized bodies shall be distinct to identify their authenticity |

| 3. | In addition to the above mentioned information the name and address of the authority designated to conduct verification of the authenticity of certificates of origin (Form A) and (or) reliability of the information contained in documentary proof of origin (verification authority) shall be indicated. This requirement shall be met only if such authority is designated in beneficiary country. | ||
