​Andrey Zakharov​

Biography

Andrey Vladimirovich Zakharov was born in 1976. He graduated from the Moscow State Open University, specialty "Economics" (1998), the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration (2010) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (2011).

Before joining the Eurasian Economic Commission, he held various positions in Trade Policy and Multilateral Negotiations Department of the Ministry of Trade of the Russian Federation.

On June 1, 2020, he was appointed to the position of Director of the EEC Department for Internal Market Protection.
