Arzybek Kozhoshev held meeting with Tilek Tekebaev, Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyz Republic
Arzybek Kozhoshev, Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, held a working meeting with Tilek Tekebaev, Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, in Bishkek.
The sides discussed the draft road map for implementing the coordinated transport policy for 2024-2026.
They also considered the current status and prospects of the main directions and stages of implementing the agreed transport policy of the EAEU Member States for 2024-2026. Besides, during the negotiations, the sides touched upon the plans for joint actions in the field of transport and logistics for 2024.
They exchanged views on developing infrastructure projects, transport corridors and their inclusion in the international system.
Arzybek Kozhoshev noted the positive progress of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the significant contribution of the Kyrgyz representatives to the Commission's activities.

The Road map of the main directions and stages of implementing the coordinated transport policy of the EAEU Member States for 2024-2026 is a document that contains measures to liberalize the services of air transportation, shipping, development of transport corridors and their inclusion in the international system, implementation of infrastructure projects, formation of the Eurasian transport corridor ecosystem, digitalization of transport activities and transition to electronic document flow. The document is planned to be adopted in H1 2024.
