Product Lists to Technical Regulations for Rail Transport Approved
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved the product lists to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union: “On Safety of High-Speed Rail Transport” (TR CU 002/2011), “On Safety of Rail Transport Infrastructure” (TR CU 003/2011).
The lists have been approved for the first time. They include all products covered by Technical Regulations for Rail Transport.
The lists are intended for customs authorities to monitor compliance with technical regulation measures when importing products into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The adoption of product lists will contribute to implementing the requirements of the Union’s Technical Regulations for Rail Transport.
