He graduated from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University in 2009 and from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia in 2018. He is a Master of Economics. Fluent in English.
In 2008-2020, he worked in various positions at commercial enterprises in Yerevan, including as General Director of Progresstech-Armenia LLC and Minnova.AM LLC.
From March 2020 to March 2021, he worked in Moscow as an assistant to the Member of the Board — Minister in charge of Industry and Agriculture of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
On March 10, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of the EEC Antitrust Regulation Department.
