List of products subject to mandatory conformity assessment to EAEU technical regulation on oil and fat products updated
The meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Board approved an updated List of products subject to mandatory conformity assessment to the requirements of the Customs Union's Technical Regulation "Technical regulation on fat and oil products" (TR CU 024/2011), in respect of which compliance with technical regulation measures should be confirmed when they are placed under customs procedures, with due regard to the provisions of the Procedure for importing products into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The updated list of products includes 86 codes of the Commodity Nomenclature of the EAEU Foreign Economic Activities detailed to the tenth digit for 19 groups of edible fat and oil products and two groups of inedible fat and oil products, the conformity assessment document for which is a declaration of conformity. The list is intended for participants of foreign economic activities and is used for customs administration.
Besides, the list of products according to amendments No. 2 to TR CU 024/2011 adopted in December 2023 is supplemented with such type of fat and oil products as "non-tempered cocoa butter substitutes of mixed type" with the CN FEA of the EAEU code 1517 90 990 0.
The Decision of the Commission's Board shall come into effect after 30 calendar days have elapsed from the date of its official publication.
