Aidai Karagulova appointed Deputy Director of EEC Financial Policy Department
Aidai Nurdinovna Karagulova was born in 1979 in Bishkek. In 2000, she graduated from Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University, with specialty in Economics, and in 2017, she graduated with a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
She started her career in 2000 in the Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, where she held various positions until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, she held the position of Expert at the Finance and Credit Policy Department of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2018, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, where she worked until 2021.
From 2022 to 2025, she served as Expert, then Head of the Sector for Affairs of the Eurasian Economic Union of the Foreign Policy Department at the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
She has a number of government and departmental awards.
Since August 14, 2025, she has been appointed Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Financial Policy Department.
