The Minister in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the EEC Nurlan Aldabergenov will make a presentation on issues of antitrust regulation in the EAEU at St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

Page ContentOn May 18-20 in St. Petersburg, the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the EEC Nurlan Aldabergenov will attend and make a presentation about the antitrust regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU) at the VI St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. At the sessions of the Forum, issues related to development of competition in socially significant markets and regulatory experience in them, existing in the countries of the EAEU, BRIX and CIS, will be discussed. The particular attention will be paid to the topical issues of antitrust law enforcement and the prospects for establishment of international legal instruments for the purposes of systematising jurisdictions and creating cooperation of different states and international integration associations in combating such dangerous kinds of violations of antitrust laws as cartels.
