Program for developing interstate standards for cosmetic products updated
The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board has approved amendments to the Program for developing interstate standards that ensure implementing and applying the Eurasian Economic Union’s Technical Regulation "On safety of perfume and cosmetic products".
The draft amendments have been prepared amid implementing more than 70% of the ongoing Program.

The amended Program, prepared with due regard to the Member States’ proposals, includes 53 items. New interstate standards are planned to be developed for 27 items, 25 of which will be based on the requirements of ISO, EN and OECD international and regional standards. The Program’s other items will include making amendments to or reviewing current interstate standards with due regard to the most up-to-date versions of international standards. As for the standards not completed under the previous Program, their development deadlines have been updated.
