Product List to Technical Regulations “On Safety of Underground Rolling Stock” Approved
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved the product list to the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “On Safety of Underground Rolling Stock” (EAEU CU 052/2021) that includes products which, when placed under customs procedures, require confirmation of their compliance with technical regulation measures.
The list was approved for the first time and includes all products subject to technical regulations.
The document is intended for customs authorities to monitor compliance with technical regulation measures when importing products into the Union’s customs territory.
The adopted product list will contribute to implementing the EAEU technical regulations for underground rolling stock to come into force on January 2, 2025.
