Irina Ivantey appointed Deputy Director of EEC Antitrust Regulation Department

Irina Ivantey was born in 1990. In 2012, she graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University specializing as a managing economist; in 2019, she graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University majoring in economics with a Master of Economics degree.


In 2022, she underwent retraining at the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus, specializing in "information analysis in the system of public administration bodies".

Since 2012, she held various positions in antimonopoly authorities of the Republic of Belarus: Department of Antimonopoly and Price Policy of the Minsk City Executive Committee and Department of Price Policy of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

Since September 2016, she worked at the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, where she was in charge of antitrust regulation and competition methodology.

On November 15, 2024, she was appointed Deputy Director of Antitrust Regulation Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
