The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved some amendments to the lists of products for which the submission of a customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on assessing conformity with the requirements of the following technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union: On Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment, Electromagnetic Compatibility of Hardware, On Safety of Furniture Products, On Safety of Attractions, On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means, On Safety of Agricultural and Forestry Tractors and Trailers for Them.

The amendments are of a technical nature and provide for bringing individual codes of the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity (CN FEA) of the EAEU mentioned in these lists into line with the new edition of the CN FEA of the EAEU, which comes into force on January 1, 2022.

The amendments apply to legal relations that have arisen from the date the new version of the CN FEA EAEU entered into force.
