Mher Grigoryan

Born in Ashtarak on February 15, 1972.

In 1989–1991, studied at the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State University.

In 1991–1994, studied at and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University, qualifying as a lawyer.

In 1997–1998, attended a 6-month qualification course at the Leeds University Business School (UK).

1994–1996: engaged in private entrepreneurship.

In 1996, began his career at the Central Bank, where in 1997–1999 he held the position of Head of the Legal Department.

1999–2005: worked at Ainerardbank (now Ameriabank) as Head of the Legal Service, and Operations Officer.

2002–2006: rendered legal consulting services to the World Bank.

2004–2005: secondary employment as Head of the Legal Service at HSBC Bank Armenia.

2005–2007: Executive Director of Inecobank.

2007–2011: Deputy Executive Director of the VTB Armenia bank.

2006–2018: Member of the Board of Arca Credit Reporting.

2011–2018: Chairman of the Board of Ardshinbank.

2012–2018: Chairman of the Board of Armenia Insurance.

On May 12, 2018, appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Since October 16, 2018, served as Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

On January 16, 2019, appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

On August 3, 2021, appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
