Nurlan Baynazarov appointed Director of EEC Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice
Nurlan Kulmeskhanovich Baynazarov was born on August 11, 1978. In 2000, he graduated from Abai Almaty State University and in 2005 he graduated from the Financial Police Academy.

He started his career in 2000 at the Customs Committee of the Ministry of State Revenue. He held positions from Lead Inspector, Chief Inspector, Head of Department to Deputy Head of the Organization and Control Directorate of the Customs Control Committee in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana).
From 2017 to 2020, he served as First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation (Moscow).
On December 3, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
