Bakytzhan Sagintaev conveyed greetings to Nikol Pashinyan on Republic of Armenia's Constitution Day
Bakytzhan Sagintaev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, conveyed his greetings on Constitution Day to Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and Chairman of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, and all the Armenian peopl "The Basic Law is a solid pillar of Armenia's statehood, determining the strategic vector of the country's development," the letter of greetings reads. On behalf of the Eurasian Economic Commission and in his own capacity Bakytzhan Sagintaev wished Armenia and its citizens prosperity and blessings.

Bakytzhan Sagintaev conveyed greetings to Alexander Lukashenko on Independence Day of Belarus
Bakytzhan Sagintaev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, extended his greetings to Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus and Chairman of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, and all the Belarusian people on Independence Day. "Over the years of sovereignty, Belarus has achieved successes in social and economic development, while its ties with EAEU partners are enhancing," the letter of greetings reads. On behalf of the EEC and in his own capacity Bakytzhan Sagintaev wished further economic development to the Republic of Belarus, as well as prosperity and blessings to its citizens.

Bakytzhan Sagintaev conveyed anniversary greetings to Alexander Turchin
Bakytzhan Sagintaev, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Board, conveyed 50-year anniversary greetings to Alexander Turchin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus. “You make a significant contribution to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation across the Eurasian Economic Union space,” the letter of greetings reads. On behalf of the EEC and in his own capacity, Bakytzhan Sagintaev wished Alexander Turchin good health, well-being and fulfilment of all plans for the benefit of the Republic of Belarus and its citizens.

Outcomes of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council
A meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council was held in Minsk. It considered a number of significant integration agenda issues. These are such areas as improvement of the EAEU law, implementation of the Strategy for Developing the Eurasian Economic Integration, international cooperation, trade, services market development, regulation of natural monopoly entities and cooperation in the field of sports. Two important international documents were signed. The first is an economic partnership agreement with the United Arab Emirates. The second is an interim trade agreement with Mongolia. The Heads of State also considered the Main Directions of the EAEU's International Activities. Over the years, the Eurasian Economic Union's position on the international stage has been significantly strengthened. Furthermore, the Heads of State were presented with the current progress in implementing the Strategic Directions for Developing the Eurasian Economic Integration until 2025. The implementation of this document has been giving a certain impetus to integration in all key areas. The SEEC members signed the 4th Major Protocol containing amendments to the Treaty on the EAEU. The amendments are aimed at eliminating gaps in legal regulation and concern, inter alia, technical regulation, electricity, competition and financial markets. The leaders of the EAEU countries were informed about the development of goods labelling in the Union. The meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council adopted a Report on implementing liberalization plans for certain sectors of services within the EAEU. The EAEU defined the main directions of economic cooperation in the field of sports. The EAEU summarized the results of compliance with the Rules for Regulating Trade in Services in 2023–2024. The 2024 results in the field of natural monopolies regulation were presented at the SEEC meeting. The next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council will be held in December 2025 in Saint Petersburg.

The interview of the Minister on the technical regulation of the EEC Valery Koreshkov with BELTA news agency on establishment of the common market of medicines in the Eurasian Economic Union
Medicines is the first group of specific goods, with which the EAEU countries started to work closely by the beginning of the functioning of the common market. Using this experience, the EAEU will form other common markets - for finances, energy, oil and gas, and so on. The BELTA journalist discussed with the EEC Board Member - Minister in charge of technical regulation Valery Koreshkov, what stages are yet to be covered and how the common market of medicines will work.

Highlights of the speech by the Chairman of the EEC Board Tigran Sargsyan at the Conference of the EDB, published in the “Vedomosti” newspaper: “Overcoming under-integration”
I believe there is huge potential for the economic growth in Eurasia, which has not yet been explored. And I think that the main tool that could greatly stimulate the economic growth in our countries may be this supranational institution which has been created. Because our main mission is to be able to summarize the best practices that have been accumulated in the countries, and basing on them, international experience, experience of the European Union we will have to introduce these new supranational institutions, which will stimulate the economic growth in our countries. The axiomatics which lie at the heart of our Treaty on the Union is as follows: If we create the common economic space, we will remove barriers, exemptions and restrictions, create conditions for the free movement of goods, services, capital, and labor, which alone will ensure great potential for the economic growth.
