Administrative Department

The key functions of the Department are:

logistics support of the EEC;

property management, operation and maintenance of buildings (premises), transport services for the EEC;

access control and internal security;

maintenance of computer equipment, telecommunications equipment, software and hardware for multimedia systems, telephone and mobile communication systems, information systems and information resources;

personnel support for Members of the Board, officials and employees of the EEC structural subdivisions;

providing Members of the Board, officials, and employees of the EEC structural subdivisions with official residential premises and medical care.
