Legal Department

to draft international treaties within the EAEU and regulations of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, and the EEC;

to perform legal and linguistic reviews of draft international treaties within the EAEU and regulations constituting the EAEU law;

to serve as the depositary for international treaties, decisions, and dispositions of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council;

to represent the interests of the EEC before the EAEU Court and other courts, and to review pre-trial appeals from economic entities;

to coordinate the monitoring of the implementation of international treaties and regulations constituting the EAEU law;

to provide legal support for the activities of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
