25 Apr 2016 The Advisory Committee for Technical Regulation of the EEC approved for public discussion the draft technical regulations of the EAEU for combustible natural gas prepared for transportation and (or) use, and main pipelines At the session of the Advisory Committee for Technical Regulation, Application of Sanitary, Phytosanitary and Veterinary Measures of the Eurasian Economic Commission chaired by the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Technical Regulation of the EEC, Valery Koreshkov, draft technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU) for combustible natural gas prepared for transportation and (or) use, and main pipelines for transporting liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons were approved. The Advisory Committee members reviewed a wide range of other issues.

25 Apr 2016 The EEC is developing a Recommendation on ensuring uniform enforcement practices in monitoring compliance with the provisional measures of non-tariff regulation On April 22, the participants in the session of the Advisory Committee for Customs Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, which was chaired by the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Customs Cooperation of the EEC Mukai Kadyrkulov, discussed the draft Recommendation of the Commission Board “On ensuring uniform enforcement practices of customs authorities in monitoring compliance with the provisional measures of non-tariff regulation introduced and applied by the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU) unilaterally in trade with third countries”.

22 Apr 2016 EEC Minister Mukai Kadyrkulov: "We are optimistically hoping to prepare the final version of the new Customs Code by the end of this year" On April 20, Mukai Kadyrkulov, Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, met in Moscow with customs attachés of the EU Member States in the Russian Federation, where he mentioned the possible signing of the new Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) at the end of this year.

22 Apr 2016 EEC Minister Mukai Kadyrkulov discussed customs regulation with Dr. Frank Schauff, CEO of AEB On April 20, Mukai Kadyrkulov, Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, met with the CEO of the Association of European businesses (AEB), Frank Schauff, and the two sides discussed issues of cooperation between representatives of European businesses in the EAEU countries in terms of customs regulation.

22 Apr 2016 EEC Minister Sergey Sidorskiy: "Deepening of integration cooperation in agriculture should be based on the best practices of national development programmes" On April 22, Minsk hosted the working meeting of the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Industry and Agroindustrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Sergey Sidorskiy, with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Rusy. The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Marinich.

22 Apr 2016 The EEC is developing its cooperation with the Government of Peru On April 21, in Lima (Peru) the first session of the Joint Working Group on cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Government of the Republic of Peru established in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the EEC and the Government of Peru was held.
