In 2020, cotton yarn became the main commodity imported from Uzbekistan to the EAEU: its share in the total import volume amounted to 9%. And the potential is far from being exhausted. This topic was discussed at a meeting of a specialized expert group in Tashkent, organized by the industrial policy unit of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The EEC delegation was headed by Tigran Harutyunyan, Deputy Director of Industrial Policy Department.
