04 Mar 2016 The EEC explains the issues of application of the Russian-Kazakhstan Convention for Avoidance of Double Taxation The Eurasian Economic Commission received numerous requests from taxpayers on the current situation in terms of confirmation of tax residence in accordance with the rules of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital.

The purpose of the visit was development of cooperation between industrial enterprises of the EAEU and Japan, as well as improving the efficiency of use of available integration potential.
