24 Feb 2021 EEC simplified procedure for importing medical tomographs The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board has expanded the list of civil radio-electronic equipment and high-frequency devices the import of which does not require any authorizations. In particular, the list was supplemented with magnetic resonance imaging scanners and medical MRI systems. Besides, specific purposes of using radio receiving facilities without radio-emitting devices have been excluded.

The event was chaired by Vasily Gerasimov, Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, and was held via videoconferencing.

19 Feb 2021 2021-2023 roadmap for implementing transport policy agreed Deputy heads of transport departments of the Eurasian Economic Union countries agreed on a roadmap for implementing the transport policy for 2021-2023. This was announced at a meeting held at the Eurasian Economic Commission's headquarters chaired by Emil Kaikiev, Member of the Board — Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the EEC.
