03 Nov 2016 The EAEU countries are launching a pilot project on implementing document flow, currently without Russia’s participation On November 1, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to organise a pilot project on implementing electronic document flow between the states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Eurasian Economic Commission. The project will be taken on by Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Russia has so far abstained from participation in the project.
