At its meeting on September 23, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to introduce marking of reusable electronic cigarettes and similar individual electronic vaporizers according to unified rules in the Eurasian Economic Union countries.

The EEC Council provided an opportunity for the EEC Board to determine the peculiarities of filling in a correction of the goods declaration for express cargo applied during pilot projects on foreign e-commerce in the Union countries.

Members of the EEC Council signed an instruction to hold a business dialogue with the Republic of Indonesia.

Amendments were introduced into the Union's technical regulations for milk and products for children and adolescents.

The marking system for orphan and advanced therapy medicinal products was simplified.

Amendments were adopted to the Procedure for state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on the customs territory and border of the EAEU.

It was decided to extend the 1,000-euro threshold for duty-free importation of goods by natural persons until April 1, 2023.

Members of the EEC Council adopted unified rules to regulate the circulation of veterinary diagnostic tools within the customs territory of the Union.

The next meeting of the EEC Council will take place on October 7 via videoconferencing.
