30 Mar 2016 A Memorandum on Cooperation between the EEC and the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was signed On March 29 in Yerevan, Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Industry and Agroindustrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Sergey Sidorskiy took part in the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (the ICIE). In the framework of the session of the Presidium of the Council of the ICIE, the solemn ceremony of signing the Memorandum on Cooperation between the EEC and the ICIE took place. The Memorandum was signed by the EEC Minister Sergey Sidorskiy (on the part of the EEС) and by the President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Victor Glukhikh (on the part of the ICIE).

30 Mar 2016 The EEC is introducing anti-dumping measures on rods originating in Ukraine On March 29, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to impose anti-dumping duties on rods originating in Ukraine for a period of 5 years.

29 Mar 2016 The session of the Advisory Committee on Statistics under the EEC Board discussed issues related to the implementation of the Program of integration development in statistics of the EAEU for 2016-2020 On March 28 in Moscow, the eighth session of the Advisory Committee on Statistics at the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission chaired by the Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics Tatyana Valovaya addressed the current issues of the execution of the Action Plan for 2016 on implementation of the Programme of integration development in statistics of the Eurasian Economic Union (the EAEU) for 2016-2020.

29 Mar 2016 EEC Minister Danil Ibrayev and the representative of the UN ESCAP Yuwei Li agreed on the development of a “road map” for building cooperation On March 28 in Moscow during a working meeting, Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission Danil Ibrayev and the Director of the Transport Division of the UN ESCAP Yuwei Li discussed the format of cooperation within the framework of the Memorandum signed earlier.

25 Mar 2016 EEC Minister Tatyana Valovaya spoke on the main results of the Commission’s activity in 2015 and the prospects of the development of Eurasian integration On March 24, Moscow hosted the conference organised by the Eurasian Economic Commission and representatives of business community of the United States, titled “Eurasian Economic Integration: Extension of the Internal Market”, where Member of the Board – Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the EEC Tatyana Valovaya delivered a welcoming speech and reported on the main results of the Commission’s activity in 2015 and promising directions of the development of Eurasian integration in the near future. The conference is the third event in a row held by the EEC jointly with the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and the U.S.-Russia Business Council.
