Conditions for development of interstate cooperation in the sphere of circulation of crop seeds to be created in the EAEU
On November 30, the EEC Council approved the draft Agreement on the circulation of seed crops within the states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Adoption of the document will help eliminate restrictions in mutual trade of seeds and reduce dependence on agricultural imports of the Union countries.

In 2015, the order of distribution of customs duties between the budgets of the EAEU States was complied with.
Last year, the competent authorities of the EAEU countries in general complied with the order of distribution of customs duties between the budgets of the EAEU Member States. This conclusion was made by the panel of supreme institutions of the EAEU countries for financial control based on the audit of the implementation of the Protocol on the order of enrollment and distribution of import customs duties and their transfer to budgets of the EAEU Member States in 2015.

Removing barriers in mutual trade is one of the key objectives of the integration
On December 1, the EEC Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Industry and Agroindustrial Complex Sergey Sidorskiy and the EEC Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Technical Regulation Valery Koreshkov participated in a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Rusiy. During the meeting, the parties summed up the work on interaction of authorized supervisory bodies and the EEC on removing unnecessary barriers in mutual trade between countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The EEC will develop a concept of the formation of the common financial market of the Eurasian Economic Union
On November 30, in Moscow at the session of the EEC Council with the participation of Deputy Prime Ministers of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) the order of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council “On developing the Concept of creation of the common financial market of the Eurasian Economic Union” was approved.

The EEC continues to develop standard conformity assessment procedures
The Eurasian Economic Commission together with countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) continues to work on the preparation of new draft standard conformity assessment procedures, ensuring the establishment of common rules and procedures for mandatory conformity assessment in the implementation and execution of the Union technical regulations.
