Procedure for enacting amendments to EAEU technical regulation on combustible natural gas defined

During its October 14 meeting, the Eurasian Economic Commission approved the procedure for enacting amendments to the EAEU technical regulation "On Safety of Combustible Natural Gas Prepared for Transportation and (or) Use."

This decision ensures a smooth transition to complying with new requirements and sets validity periods for documents on compliance assessment of natural gas as a fuel that are in line with the requirements of EAEU TR 046/2018 adopted before the effective date of the amendments to the technical regulation.

The amendments to the technical regulation come into effect on November 22, 2025.
