Adamkul Zhunusov introduced the digital transformation of the transport sector at the plenary discussion of the International Transport Forum

EEC Minister Tatyana Valovaya spoke on the EAEU contribution in achieving economic coherence and stability in Eurasia
Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tatyana Valovaya believes, "The EAEU already contributes to the development of economic coherence and stability in Eurasia." According to the Minister, the Union's potential in this field is great and is highly valued by key international organizations, including the UN bodies. Tatyana Valovaya expressed such opinion having spoken at the special panel discussion "Economic Connectivity, Trade and Economic Relations in the Region of Greater Europe and in the Eurasian Space" within the framework of the 24th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) held in Vienna on 8 December.

The EAEU countries will complete the ratification of the Customs Code
"The Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union is a unique document,” said Minister for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Mukai Kadyrkulov at the 4th Eurasian Economic Congress, “This is the first legislative act in the EAEU history developed jointly with business community. Entrepreneurs from the EAEU Member States together with the customs authorities have defined the concept of the new Code and made suggestions both for the rules and regulations and specific wording contained in the text. Business community representatives argued their position very competently. As a result, more than 70% of suggestions from the EAEU business community has been reflected in the new Customs Code.”

EAEU has identified AIC growth points for the next four years
According to Member of the Board - Minister in charge of Industry and Agroindustrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Sergey Sidorskiy, among the most promising areas are projects with high added value in dairy farming and beef cattle breeding, poultry, horticulture, sugar, oil and fat, and other industries. The Minister announced this position at the round table “Strategic Directions of Development and Deepening of Integration and Cooperation in AIC of the EAEU Member States.” Sergey Sidorskiy noted that the priorities of a harmonized agroindustrial policy of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) for an upcoming four-year period would be implementation of joint initiatives aimed at further deepening of integration processes and implementation of innovative technologies.
