The EEC Minister Sergey Sidorskiy: “Eurasian industrial cooperation and subcontracting network will create conditions for involvement in cooperation of the Union of small and medium enterprises”
On December 21, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) adopted the Concept of establishing the Eurasian industrial cooperation and subcontracting network. The document was developed by the EEC Industrial Policy Department with the participation of experts from the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and provides for the establishment of a Eurasian subcontracting network on the basis of the unified register of industrial enterprises of the Union association. The Eurasian network will contribute to the development of the Eurasian industrial cooperation and help partner countries meet the challenges of import substitution.

The EEC is planning to improve the methodology for distribution of amounts of import customs duties between the budgets of the EAEU member States
The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) intends to improve the mechanism for distribution of amounts of import customs duties between the budgets of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The decision on the methodology for calculating standards of their allocation should be taken no later than in 2018.

The EAEU countries set a single procedure to prevent trafficking of counterfeit medical products
The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) approved the procedure of the application by the authorised authorities of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) of measures to suspend or ban the use of medical products that pose hazard to human life and (or) health, substandard, counterfeit or adulterated medical products and their withdrawal from circulation on the territories of the Union Member States.
