Viktor Nazarenko, Minister in charge of Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, greeted his colleagues in the Eurasian Economic Union countries on World Quality Day.

For the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, issues of quality and competitiveness are of particular importance at the present stage. The release of high-quality products that are in demand among consumers is a priority task on the path to success of any organization and entire economic sectors supplying products to both domestic and foreign markets.

Greeting all his colleagues in the Union involved in standardization activities, Viktor Nazarenko emphasized: “The mechanisms of technical regulation and standardization are aimed at creating conditions for producing safe and high-quality products that meet the requirements of the common market of the Eurasian Economic Union and consumer expectations in our States.”

According to him, achieving a high level of product quality requires a set of complementary measures, including maintaining the high research and technology potential of enterprises and personnel competencies, the use of modern manufacturing and control technologies, as well as effective forms and methods of system management.

“I am confident that the systemic development of all areas of technical regulation will create the basis for organizations to apply effective approaches to improving the quality and competitiveness of products that contribute to the innovative development of our economies, improving the quality of life of our citizens and enhancing the image of the Eurasian Economic Union on the world stage,” emphasized Viktor Nazarenko in his greeting.
