This was stated by Sergei Glazyev, EEC Minister in charge of Integration and Macroeconomics, during his speech at the opening of the Fifth plenary session of the Business Council of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA), dedicated to the prospects of cooperation between the CICA Member States in digitizing business processes in small and medium-sized enterprises and food security.
"All Asian countries, in particular East Asia, demonstrate stable and very high rates of economic growth," the EEC Minister stressed.
Digitalization to form the Asian retail space, forming common Asian exchange space with internal pricing systems, and creating common food safety net for Asia by creating a stable,
efficient and transparent system of trade and distribution were outlined by Sergei Glazyev as the most important priorities for maintaining the outstripping economic growth observed in Asia even during the crisis.
