Such proposal was made by Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, at the opening of the "Kelechek" ("Future") Youth Forum of the CIS and the EAEU, which is being held in the Rukh Ordo cultural center of Cholpon-Ata (the Kyrgyz Republic).
"I suppose that the Fund could have regional branches and provide consulting, educational and other services at no charge. It could lend organizational and legal support to youth integration projects," noted Mikhail Myasnikovich.The event was also attended by Akylbek Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his welcoming speech the head of Kyrgyzstan government emphasized that the CIS and EAEU youth agenda was among new vectors of Eurasian integration.
"Education and social projects, especially those in the field of international economy, robotics and IT technology, present huge opportunities for creative youth. It is important that the CIS and EAEU youth agenda is among new vectors of Eurasian integration. Further diversification of this sector will allow to expand the geography of contacts our youth has with foreign countries and regional integration associations from South America to South-East Asia," said Akylbek Zhaparov.
The Head of the EEC Board Mikhail Myasnikovich reminded that the Strategic Directions for Developing the Eurasian Economic Integration until 2025, which were approved by heads of state, provided for broad public involvement in the processes of Eurasian integration. Notably, young people under 30 are one-fifth of the EAEU population and find their rightful place in fulfilling important tasks of social and economic development of the Union.
"To establish communication channels, we are planning to create in the EEC a 'single window' for expeditious consideration of youth applications and supporting young entrepreneurs, young specialists and students," emphasized the Chairman of the EEC Board.
According to him, the Commission strives to create additional opportunities for working youth. Last year saw the launch of the unified system “Work Without Borders” Today, the database contains more than 500,000 job openings.
"Young people have a major role in determining further directions for the Eurasian Economic Union's development. And that is right. By participating in the Union building you are creating your living conditions," summed up Mikhail Myasnikovich.

On August 25-26, 2022, in the Rukh Ordo cultural center, Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Youth Forum of the CIS and the EAEU "Kelechek" ("Future") is being held, timed to coincide with the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
More than 250 delegates are taking part in the forum: young entrepreneurs, public servants, representatives of creative youth, young diplomats, students from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The goal of the forum is to further develop cooperation between the Member States and promote the Eurasian integration idea. The forum is aimed at expanding the interaction of youth, creating new opportunities for the implementation of initiatives, social and professional self-realization of the younger generation.
