Lists of standards to Technical Regulation "On safety of light industry products” updated
11 newly adopted interstate standards, 20 interstate standards adopted to replace those previously contained in the List as well as 2 newly elaborated national standards of the Republic of Belarus have been included in the list of standards which will result in compliance with the technical regulation’s requirements on a voluntary basis.

EEC and Cuba, as Observer State at EAEU, form cooperation plans for next three years
Practical aspects of cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and Cuba, with due regard for granting Havana the Observer State status at the Eurasian Economic Union, were discussed by Goar Barsegyan, Director of the EEC Integration Development Department, and Julio Antonio Garmendia Pena, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Russian Federation, during a working meeting held on December 22. The meeting took place at the EEC's headquarters.

EAEU countries detailed requirements for assessing medicines safety
On December 22, the Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board approved guidelines for studying toxicokinetics and assessing systemic effects in toxicology studies of medicinal products. The document will enter into force in July 2021.
