14 Dec 2017 Anti-Dumping Duty for Chinese Tubes from Malaysia On December 13, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) established an anti-dumping duty on cold-deformed seamless stainless steel tubes imported in the EAEU from Malaysia, and facilitated the procedure of transfer by individuals of electronic devices containing encryption elements and meant for personal use. It also recommended to the EAEU countries to use the best practices and standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) taking into account the features of their own social and economic development and legal regulation, and the experience of their cooperation with the OECD.
