At the regular meeting of the relevant Working Group held on November 14, experts from the Eurasian Economic Union countries chaired by Grigor Oganyan, Deputy Director of the Department of Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission, discussed a new complex procedure for registering three types of customs declarations: declaration for goods, transit declaration and vehicle declaration. The new procedure takes into account the priority of e-declaration and the possibilities of automatic registration.
Additional discussion of this document is due to the need to consider additional business proposals received.
"We would like to come to the logical conclusion of the work on this new procedure, which reflects present-day realities, first of all in terms of ensuring proper legal regulation of the issue of auto registration," Grigor Oganyan noted.
