On July 10, a meeting of the working group on customs declaring procedure was held under the chairmanship of Grigor Ohanyan, Deputy Director of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Department for Customs Legislation and Law Enforcement Practice.
The experts discussed a number of issues related to the new version of the Procedure for registering or refusing to register a declaration for goods, transit declaration and vehicle declaration in the Eurasian Economic Union.
This procedure is a new comprehensive EEC act that takes into account both the priority of electronic declaring procedure and the possibility to register or refuse to register customs declarations without involving a customs official.
In addition, the meeting considered other proposals by representatives of EAEU countries concerning, in particular, the specifics of indicating information on containers.
